BRIEF HISTORY OF THE PROMOTERS

The promoters of the Company are members of one family comprising of four brothers, Sh. Satish Kumar Aggarwal, Sh. Manohar Lal Aggarwal, Sh. Pawan Kumar Aggarwal and Sh. Gulshan Rai Aggarwal. We are carrying out various kinds of business under various concerns. Our worthy father, the founder of the family group businesses, passed away in 1995 and even after that we four brothers are running all the businesses of the family, jointly. We are the director of below mentioned companies.

M/s Tilak Oils Private Limited: It is a Solvent Extraction Unit of Rice Bran Oil and Sunflower Oil
M/s Saraswati Rubber & Chemicals: It is a Manufacturer and Trader Jogger Sheets, Fabricated Chappal (Footwear), Packing Sheets, etc.
M/s Dudhadhari Exports Private Limited: It is a Merchant Importer, Manufacturer and Trader of Edible/Non Edible Oil, Crude Palm Oil (Edible Grade) in Bulk, Crude Degummed Soya Bean Oil (Edible Grade) in Bulk, Palm Kernel Fatty Acid Distillate in Bulk, Crude Glycerine, Scrap Soap, Mixed Fatty Acid, Acid Oil. We are selling our imported cargoes to our Indian Buyers on High Sea Sales basis. Now, we have established a Plant of Refined Glycerine
M/s Delfi Utpadan Private Limited: It manufactures shoe component like Jogger Shoe Soles, Cricket Shoe Soles, Badminton Shoe Soles, Running Shoe Soles, Footwall Shoe Soles, Hockey Shoe Soles, etc. and planning to diversify in the manufacture of shoes as well
M/s Saraswati Utpadan Private Limited & M/s Shivam Utpadan Private Limited: Both companies are manufacturers of Rubber Havai Chappal (Footwear), EVA Chappal (Footwear), EVA Injection Sole for Sandals and Slippers, etc.
